Alice Giang practices all areas of corporate restructuring and insolvency.  She joins the firm following a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Hannah Blumenstiel in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.  While in law school, she gained practical experience representing social enterprises, grassroots entities, nonprofits, and public institutions.
